Pamper Us Mobile specializes in 100% mobile Corporate and Residential massage therapy services that can be coupled with our specialty services including onsite private chef meal preparation, candle-making, canvas painting, sushi making, and spirit tasting parties. Mix and match our services to create your one of a kind in-home pamper party in the comfort or home, apartment, Air BNB, or hotel suite.

How far in advance do I have to book?We can normally accommodate massage therapy services within 24 hours of booking. We do request at least 72 hours advanced notice for specialty services and packages.

How do I book?Click on the Services tab and choose your service category of choice.

Do you have a discount monthly massage membership?Yes! The Relaxation Club is our discount massage membership club, where you have the ability to set up recurring weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly massages in the comfort of your home. This service is available with any type of massage modality including Couples. You can learn more by clicking on The Relaxation Club tab.

How does payments work?-We accept FSA/HSA for all massage therapy services. -We accept AfterPay as a payment option. Just click the AfterPay button on your intake form and once your reservation is confirmed we will email you your AfterPay invoice. -We also provide Pamper Us payment plans for all services. 50% down within 24 hours to hold your reservation and the remaining balance within 24 hours of your scheduled service date. Services within 7 days of appointment date require full payment.

How long does services normally take?-For residential events we send enough service providers for services to be completed in at least 3 hours. -For Corporate events we will provide enough service providers to complete services within the allotted time provided.

How do I book multiple services or a Pamper Party?-For Couples Services you would use our Couples Services link and choose you package of choice. You will be provided the option to add on additional services via the booking form after clicking on your package of choice. -For Girls Night In services you would use our Girls Night In services link and choose your package of choice. You will be provided the option to add on additional services via the booking form after clicking on your package of choice.

What is the minimum and maximum guests needed for a mobile service?Residential Services: Minimum 1 guest, no maximum guests Corporate Services: Minimum 2 hours of service, no maximum (Chair Massages are offered in increments of 10, 15, and 20 minutes.

What happens if I cancel an appointment after paying?Things happen! If you have to cancel an appointment after paying for services, you will receive a credit on file with no expiration. We do not provide refunds for services once purchased, but you can use that credit towards any future Pamper Us service.

What is the Refund Policy?No Refunds are provided for any service once paid. BUT we do allow you to maintain a credit on file with no expiration that can be used towards ANY Pamper Us Service.

Can I request a specific service provider?Do you have the option to request a massage therapist by name on our intake forms if you have utilized our services before. All therapists are provided with a digital business card that you can take a picture of to book them again in the future. You also have the option to choose your gender of choice for massage therapists on our intake forms.

How does day of services work?Massage Therapists: Arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment time to set up. If there are any delays they are provided with your telephone number, so please be sure to answer any unknown calls within an hour of your appointment time. Chef Services: For couples services our private chef arrives at the same time as the therapists to prepare your meal during your massage service. Once your massage services are complete our private chef will plate your meal, package any leftovers, clean up and leave you to enjoy your meal. Other Specialty Service Providers: Arrive within 30 minutes of your appointment time to ensure adequate set up time.

How does chef services work?The chef provides most materials for services. All onsite chef preparation services do require a full kitchen. If you do not have a full kitchen we do offer drop off services. With drop off services your meal is dropped off 15-20 minutes after your massage therapy services to ensure that your meal is hot and fresh upon arrival. The chef can plate the meal for you or you can opt to plate the meals yourself. The choice is yours!
